"I called and texted the number provided to speak to Michael, there was no answer I didn’t hear back from him. I called again and spoke with Chan she was amazing. She was so kind and knew exactly how to help me with my issue. It required for her to call me back until some things were processed and she did just that. "I have given a five star rating before, due to exceptional customer service and the personalized experience I have had with Mark and his team. It has always been top-notch without being pushy whatsoever. Recently, I had a car accident and subsequently purchased a new vehicle. The claim process was extremely supportive and smooth, and today, Lily took great time and care to ensure that my new policy was exactly what was right for me. She spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me customizing my policy and helping me understand any questions.
