"I have been with Mark Le Clair and State Farm since April 1, 2023 I had a Auto policy and Renters Policy. I sold my car but plan on getting another one and wil stay with State farm the price of my monthly payments were easy for me to manage. I still have my Renters policy. "Lily was incredibly kind and understanding when I was in a tough spot financially. I called regarding my insurance payment and explained my situation, expecting a difficult conversation. Instead, she listened, treated me with respect, and worked with me so I could make a partial payment and keep moving forward.
What stood out most was her professionalism and compassion. It’s rare to speak with someone who genuinely seems to care about helping people find solutions rather than just reading from a script. She made a stressful situation feel manageable and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.
